目的评价农七师垦区居民健康状况,分析疾病危害程度及死因分布特点,为制定相关卫生政策提供科学依据。方法参考2006年全国第三次死因回顾调查收集方法,由专业人员入户访问死者家属或知情者,核实死亡名单。死因分类按国际分类ICD-10进行。结果农七师垦区2007-2009年粗死亡率为590.40/10万,标化死亡率为377/10万;男性粗死亡率748.11/10万,标化死亡率为462/10万;女性粗死亡率428.29/10万,标化死亡率为282/10万;男性死亡率高于女性(χ2=226.87,P<0.001)。前5位死因依次为循环系统疾病、恶性肿瘤、呼吸系统疾病、损伤与中毒、消化系统疾病。垦区居民1~70岁死亡者中,全部死因造成的潜在减寿年数(potential years of lifelost,PYLL)为28 649.0人年,不同死因造成的PYLL前5位依次为:损伤与中毒、循环系统疾病、恶性肿瘤、呼吸系统疾病、消化系统疾病。结论慢性非传染性疾病已成为严重危害新疆农七师垦区居民健康公共卫生问题,今后的防治工作重点应为慢性非传染性疾病和损伤与中毒。
Objective To evaluate the health status of residents in Nongqiushi reclamation area and analyze the distribution of the extent of the disease and the cause of death, so as to provide a scientific basis for formulating relevant health policies. Methods With reference to the third collection of retrospective investigation of causes of death in 2006 in China, professionals visit the deceased’s family members or insiders to verify the list of deaths. The causes of death were determined according to the International Classification ICD-10. Results The crude death rate of agricultural reclamation area in 2007-2009 was 590.40 / 100000, the standardization mortality rate was 377/100000; the crude death rate of male was 748.11 / 100000, and the standardized death rate was 462/10 / The rate of 428.29 / 100000, the standardization of death was 282/10 million; male mortality was higher than that of women (χ2 = 226.87, P <0.001). The top five causes of death were circulatory system diseases, malignant tumors, respiratory diseases, injuries and poisoning, and digestive diseases. Among the reclamation area residents aged 1 to 70 years, all the causes of death caused by PYLL were 28 649.0 person-years, and the top 5 PYLL death causes were: injury and poisoning, circulatory diseases , Malignancies, Respiratory Diseases, Digestive Diseases. Conclusion Chronic non-communicable diseases have become a serious health and public health problem for residents in Xinjiang Agricultural Reclamation Area. The focus of future prevention and treatment work should be chronic non-communicable diseases, injuries and poisoning.
