结合国外电网商业化运营的经验和我国电力工业的改革实践，提出了我国电力工业商业化运营的目标取向和机制要求，设计了3个向目标模式层层推进的商业化运营模式，并探讨了省级电力公司开展商业化运营的技术支持系统问题．
