许多中枢神经系统药物因不能通过血脑屏障而在临床应用中受限,纳米粒子能协助药物透过血脑屏障并将其靶向有效地运载入脑内。PBCA纳米粒子运载药物的作用机制尚存在争议,似乎不适用于慢性中枢神经系统疾病的治疗。PEGPLA/PLGA纳米粒子血液循环时间长,毒性较低,具有缓释特性,在中枢神经系统药物运载的应用中体现出了极大的优越性。本文将对几种应用于中枢神经系统的纳米粒子的作用机制、性质、临床意义及研究进展进行阐述。
Many central nervous system drugs are limited in clinical applications due to failure to cross the blood-brain barrier. Nanoparticles can help drugs to penetrate the blood-brain barrier and target their targeting into the brain. The mechanism by which PBCA nanoparticles carry drugs is controversial and does not appear to be suitable for the treatment of chronic central nervous system disorders. PEGPLA / PLGA nanoparticles have long blood circulation, low toxicity and sustained release characteristics, which show great superiority in the application of CNS drug delivery. This article will elaborate on the mechanism, nature, clinical significance and research progress of several kinds of nanoparticles used in the central nervous system.
