The authors investigated the susceptibility of Natal polygamous GRA strains to sub-type Malayan filariasis, larval inoculation and sex selection during infection. In experiment 1, male and female (80) 8-week-old male Natal polygamous mice were inoculated with 100 infective larvae in each experiment.
