近日,我国国家重大科技专项高分辨率对地观测系统“高分一号”任务,已完成卫星、运载火箭出厂审定工作,转入发射实施阶段,并将于4—5月择机发射。对地观测空间技术,尤其是高分辨率对地观测技术,已发展成为一种战略性的国家能力。我国从20世纪70年代后期开始对遥感技术的探索和对地观测卫星的研制,目前已初步形成不同分辨率、多谱段、稳定运行的卫星对地观测体系,广泛服务于国民经济众多领域,成为国家建设和社会可持续发展的重要技术支撑手段。
Recently, our country’s major scientific and technological special high-resolution earth observation system “high score one ” mission, has completed the satellite, launch vehicle factory validation work, into the implementation phase of the launch, and will launch in April-May. Earth observation space technologies, especially high-resolution earth observation techniques, have evolved into a strategic national capability. Since the late 1970s, China started to explore remote sensing technologies and the development of earth observation satellites. At present, satellite earth observation systems with different resolutions, multi-bands and stable operation have been initially formed, and serve extensively in many fields of the national economy. It has become an important technical support for national construction and social sustainable development.
