现代数字通信设备中为获得稳定的通信数据,要求通信系统内部的频率源拥有较高的频率分辨率和良好的相位噪声性能。本文在工程实践的基础上,以ADI公司推出的一款高性价比频率合成芯片ADF4193为基础,设计出一种在高精度通信设备中使用的发射机主振源。文中首先提出了系统设计的整体模型,讨论了在开发过程中的软硬件设计的实施步骤,最后通过工程样机的实践调试与使用,验证了该设计方法的正确性。实测结果表明,该系统的相位噪声性能得到明显改善,杂散指标得到很大程度的优化,该模型具有很强的工程实用价值。
In order to obtain stable communication data in modern digital communication equipment, it is required that the frequency source inside the communication system has high frequency resolution and good phase noise performance. Based on the engineering practice, based on the ADF4193, a cost-effective frequency synthesis chip introduced by Analog Devices, this paper designs a transmitter main oscillator used in high-precision communication equipment. In this paper, the overall system design model is first proposed, and the implementation steps of software and hardware design are discussed. Finally, the correctness of this design method is verified through the practical debugging and application of engineering prototype. The measured results show that the phase noise performance of the system has been significantly improved, the spurious index has been greatly optimized, the model has a strong engineering value.
