研究了机器人场效应管式弧焊逆变器的电气性能(外特性、动特性)和弧焊工艺性能,并着重对其逆变主电路电流、电压波形、管组功耗进行分析研究,以及探讨如何采用不同形状的外特性曲线与合理设计电子电抗器的电参数,从而提高弧焊机器人对不同工件开关、不同弧焊方法的适应性,实现贫飞溅的焊接.研究试验表明,这种新型的机器人弧焊逆变器可以使机器人高效优质等优越性更加充分发挥出来.
The electrical performance (external characteristics, dynamic characteristics) and arc welding process performance of the robot FET arc welding inverter are studied. The main circuit current, voltage waveform and power consumption of the inverter are also analyzed. This paper discusses how to adopt different shapes of external characteristic curve and reasonably design the electrical parameters of the electronic reactor so as to improve the adaptability of the arc welding robot to different workpiece switches and different arc welding methods and achieve the spatter-less welding.The research shows that this new type The robot arc welding inverter can make robots more efficient and superior advantages more fully play out.
