燃油计量装置的自动压力曲线是燃油泵和计量装置综合性能的体现,通过将气压腔的气体压力变化转变为控制杆的位置变化,带动计量油针的位置改变,从而改变流量。通过分析燃油计量装置内部传动部件的结构原理,定位与此性能相关的零部件及装配关系,深入分析这些零部件的关键尺寸及装配位置对此性能的影响。在零件机械加工、装配过程中的关键部位增加工艺要求,减少燃油计量装置试验时故障的发生。
The automatic pressure curve of the fuel metering device reflects the overall performance of the fuel pump and metering device. By changing the gas pressure in the pressure chamber to the position of the control rod, the position of the metering needle is changed to change the flow rate. By analyzing the structure principle of the internal transmission components in the fuel metering device, the components and assembly relationships related to this performance are located, and the key dimensions of these components and their influence on the performance are deeply analyzed.
