本论文采用可控压强水热法,以Cu(CH_3COO)_2为前驱物,200℃下,在一定压强范围内合成出束状和塔状结构形貌的Cu_2O.考察了前驱物的浓度,初始压强等条件对产物形貌的影响.实验结果说明,反应压强对氧化亚铜的形貌的形成起到关键的作用.随压强的提高所得Cu_2O的光吸收增强,吸收峰的位置随压强的提高而发生明显红移.
In this dissertation, controlled-pressure hydrothermal method was used to synthesize Cu_2O with a bundle-like and tower-like structure in a certain pressure range with Cu (CH_3COO) _2 as a precursor at 200 ℃ .The effects of precursor concentration, Pressure and other conditions on the morphology of the product.The experimental results show that the reaction pressure plays a key role in the formation of cuprous oxide topography.The absorption of Cu 2 O increases with the increase of pressure and the position of absorption peak increases with the increase of pressure Significant redshift occurred.
