考虑节能性、安全性、适应性、耐久性、环境性和经济性六个方面建立了外墙外保温系统综合评价指标体系,给出了这些指标的度量方法。以青岛某22层住宅楼外墙外保温系统的选择为例,采用专家打分法和加权关联度法对岩棉板、模塑板、挤塑板和聚氨酯板保温系统进行评价。在4种保温系统都可以应用的前提下,评价结果表明选取挤塑聚苯板(XPS)外墙外保温系统是较好的。
Considering energy saving, safety, adaptability, durability, environment and economy, the comprehensive evaluation index system of exterior wall thermal insulation system is established, and the measurement methods of these indexes are given. Taking the selection of exterior insulation system of a 22-storey residential building in Qingdao as an example, the thermal insulation system of rock wool board, molded board, extruded board and polyurethane board was evaluated by expert scoring method and weighted correlation degree method. Under the premise of four kinds of heat preservation system can be applied, the evaluation results show that the selection of extruded polystyrene board (XPS) exterior insulation and finishing system is better.
