热喷涂中温雷达吸波涂层制备及性能

重点探索了热喷涂工艺用于制备雷达吸波涂层的可行性,用玻璃材料取代传统有机材料作为粘结剂,使用高温材料sic作为吸收剂,同时对sic进行包覆处理,进一步优化其电磁性能。用烧结破碎法制备了喷涂粉末,使用火焰喷涂工艺制备涂层,在室温约400℃的条件下对涂层反射率进行了测试,在12~17 GHz的范围内,涂层反射率低于-5 dB,验证了热喷涂工艺制备雷达吸波涂层的可行性。 The feasibility of thermal spraying process for preparing radar absorbing coating was explored emphatically. Glass material was used to replace traditional organic material as binder, sic was used as absorbent and sic was coated at the same time to further optimize its electromagnetic performance. The spray powder was prepared by the sinter crushing method, the coating was prepared by flame spray process, the coating reflectivity was tested at room temperature about 400 ℃, the coating reflectivity was lower than - 5 dB, verified the feasibility of thermal spray coating preparation radar absorbing coating.
