影响巷道围岩变形的参数具有可变性、随机性、不确定性等特点,且各参数对位移的影响程度不同,因而有必要通过一定的手段和方法来获得各个参数对位移的影响程度,为工程支护措施提供依据。在分析巷道顶板变形影响参数的基础上,通过对长春市某煤矿埋深150m处的巷道围岩进行室内试验来获取各个参数值,并设计正交试验来安排因素水平组合,同时建立合理的有限元几何模型,使用极差分析法和方差分析法对模拟实验结果进行综合分析,最终确定各个岩体力学参数对巷道顶板中点竖向位移的影响度。结果表明:弹性模量和泊松比对位移有显著影响作用,对巷道位移影响度的研究有实际意义。
The parameters that affect the deformation of the surrounding rock of the roadway have the characteristics of variability, randomness and uncertainty, and the influence degree of each parameter on the displacement is different. Based on the analysis of the influence parameters of roadway roof deformation, various parameter values were obtained through laboratory tests on the surrounding rock of roadway at a depth of 150m in a coalmine in Changchun City. Orthogonal experiments were designed to arrange the level combinations of factors while establishing a reasonable and limited Meta-geometry model, using the range analysis and analysis of variance analysis of the simulation results of a comprehensive analysis of the final rock mechanics parameters of the roof vertical midpoint displacement influence. The results show that the elastic modulus and the Poisson’s ratio have a significant effect on the displacement, and the study on the influence of the displacement of the roadway is of practical significance.
