企业工会思想政治工作,是思想政治工作的重要组成部分。在企业转方式调结构中,企业工会组织必须把思想政治工作渗透和贯穿到各项工作的全过程。必须在新的管理架构下探索思想政治工作的新路子、新方法。思想政治工作只有在内容上、形式上有新突破,在方法上要有新改进,才能开创工会思想政治工作的新局面,才能充分调动和发挥职工的积极性、创造性,进而发挥好工会的桥梁纽带作用。
Ideological and political work of trade unions in enterprises is an important part of ideological and political work. In the restructuring of enterprises, the trade union organizations of enterprises must infiltrate and carry through ideological and political work throughout the entire work process. We must explore new ways and methods of ideological and political work under the new management structure.
