目的分析板蓝根提取的各有效部位在抗甲型流感病毒A/PR8/34(H1N1)中的作用。方法提取出板蓝根中各有效部分进行体内抗甲型流感病毒A/PR8/34(H1N1)试验,观察其抗病毒效果。结果组分II、III与IV、V可显著增加感染了甲型流感病毒之后的小鼠生存的期限,且同病毒模型组相比较,有着较为显著的差异,而且组分II、III与IV、V还可显著降低小鼠在感染病毒后的死亡率。结论板蓝根中的II~V部位均对感染了甲型流感病毒的小鼠有着比较良好的保护作用,可延长其存活时间,降低其死亡率。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the role of each effective fraction extracted from Radix Isatidis in anti-influenza A virus A / PR8 / 34 (H1N1). Methods The effective fractions of Radix Isatidis were extracted for in vivo anti-influenza A virus A / PR8 / 34 (H1N1) test and the antiviral effect was observed. Results Components II, III and IV, V significantly increased the survival time of mice infected with influenza A virus, and there was a significant difference compared with that of the virus model group. Furthermore, components II, III and IV, V also significantly reduced the mortality of mice after infection with the virus. Conclusion II ~ V in Radix isatidis has a good protective effect on mice infected with influenza A virus, which can prolong its survival time and reduce its mortality.
