青东22井位于济阳坳陷青东凹陷北部断阶带,在青东地区施工突出问题是井壁不稳定性,易发生坍塌。现场主要表现为沙三段深灰色泥岩,沙四上部浅灰色泥岩发生坍塌,沙四段下部棕红泥岩地层水化膨胀,粘糊井壁,沙二、三段地层砂泥互层,导致井眼大小不均一。在完成的数十口井中,坍塌率高达90%以上,甚至发生卡钻事故,严重影响生产。青东22井全井施工顺利,井径扩大率仅为6%,本文通过对青东22井施工过程进行分析,总结提出青东地区施工几点建议。
The Qingdong 22 well is located in the northern fault zone of the Qingdong depression in the Jiyang depression. The prominent problem in the construction of the Qingdong area is the instability of the borehole wall, which is prone to collapse. The site is mainly composed of Shasan deep-gray mudstone, Shasi upper light gray mudstone collapses, the Lower Reaches Shajian reddish-brown mudstone formation hydration expansion, viscous mud wall, Sha 2 and 3 sand and mud interbeds, Inhomogeneous eye size. In dozens of wells completed, the collapse rate as high as 90%, and even stuck accidents, seriously affecting the production. The construction of Qingdong 22 well was well and the diameter expansion rate was only 6%. Based on the analysis of the construction process of Qingdong 22 well, some suggestions on the construction of Qingdong area were put forward.
