为了转变传统农业增长方式,有效缓解区域人口、资源、环境矛盾,实现南方水果的巩固与提升,以福建省长汀县、宁化县、平和县为例,分析水土流失初步治理区的循环农业发展成效,并结合区域生态环境与生产实际,提出了进一步维系生态平衡、农色产业提升的技术对策与措施:(1)把握重点,打造精品示范基地;(2)发挥优势,建设(3)阐明规律,增加地表植被覆盖;(4)创新驱动,培植新型朝阳产业;(5)多元投入,夯实(6)持续发展,推动生态文明建设。
In order to change the traditional mode of agricultural growth, effectively alleviate regional population, resources and environmental conflicts, and consolidate and enhance the fruits in the south, this paper takes Changting County, Ninghua County and Pinghe County of Fujian Province as examples to analyze the recycling agriculture in the preliminary soil erosion control areas (1) Grasp the key points and build a quality demonstration base; (2) Give full play to advantages and build (3) Make full use of the advantages, Clarify laws and increase the coverage of surface vegetation; (4) drive innovation and cultivate a new sunrise industry; (5) diversify inputs and solidify (6) promote sustainable development and promote the building of ecological civilization.
