目的:考察2450MHz微波对受孕母鼠谷胱甘肽(GSH)、丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)含量的影响。方法:昆明种小鼠随机分为4组,分别为对照组、5mw/cm2、10mw/cm2、20mw/cm2组。首先分笼辐照2周,后合笼,继续辐照雌鼠至第19天,处死,取血测试。应用试剂盒测定受孕母鼠血清中GSH、MDA、SOD的含量。结果:2450MHz微波能够影响受孕母鼠血清中GSH、MDA及SOD的含量,其中MDA的含量随辐射强度的增加而升高(P<0.01)。SOD5mw/cm2组同对照组相比降低非常显著(P<0.01),而其他组同对照组并无显著差异。GSH含量在5mw/cm2组最高,且随强度增加含量下降,同对照组比均有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:2450MHz微波对受孕母鼠会对受孕母鼠造成氧化损伤,损伤程度随微波强度增加而增大,但是对GSH、SOD的影响仍有待研究。
Objective: To investigate the effect of 2450MHz microwave on glutathione (GSH), malondialdehyde (MDA) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) in pregnant women. Methods: Kunming mice were randomly divided into 4 groups: control group, 5mw / cm2, 10mw / cm2, 20mw / cm2 group. First sub-cage irradiation for 2 weeks, after the cage, continue to irradiate female rats until the 19th day, sacrificed, blood test. Serum levels of GSH, MDA and SOD in pregnant females were determined by using kit. Results: 2450MHz microwave could affect the content of GSH, MDA and SOD in the serum of pregnant female rats. The content of MDA increased with the increase of radiation intensity (P <0.01). SOD5mw / cm2 group compared with the control group decreased significantly (P <0.01), while the other groups with the control group no significant difference. The content of GSH was highest in 5mw / cm2 group, and decreased with the increasing of intensity, which was significantly different from that in control group (P <0.01). CONCLUSION: The 2450MHz microwave can cause oxidative damage to the pregnant female rats, and the damage degree increases with the increase of the microwave intensity. However, the effects on GSH and SOD remains to be studied.
