本文通过所建立的涡旋式油泵试验台,对涡旋式油泵的样机性能进行了检测,并测试了涡旋腔内压力在工作过程中的变化规律,着重分析了油泵的转速、工作介质的粘度、工作压力对泵的效率、容积效率的影响,获得油泵的合适运行条件范围,对增加油泵的轴端间隙来减缓油泵腔内工作压力波动的方法,进一步提高油泵工作转速,进行了详细的分析和研究
