沿世上最醇之一缕茶罄，可抵白沙源。
一年四季，白沙源皆煮茗焚香，座中不无雅士名流，谈笑风生、月白灯红，正是把凡尘中一颗倦In all four seasons怠心泊定的所在。
茶楼外是白沙井。千年泉水伏地而出，甘美且清冽；又如古镜，照见秦时明月、汉时桃花，及今人的脸庞。正所谓风水宝地。
故白沙源茶水，皆汲自白沙古井，清心、明性、回甘依依，令岁月无古无今。
三朋四友，若相携来此品茗，那是雅事，可得瞬间的高尚、刹那的禅机、天地问的从容与澹定；亦是喜事善事快活事。
鸟鹊在枝，竹影倩魅，窗外风轻，斗室如春，世界人生，又俱在笑谈中。把悲喜交付几片绿叶，恰是茶浓人清淡，天地共忘机。
免俗，免忧，俱来白沙源，齿颊留香，身轻神爽，不亦快哉!
