在对天然菱铁矿热处理中磁化率变化研究的基础上 ,利用穆斯堡尔效应分析了空气环境下菱铁矿的分解氧化过程及其矿物组合变化 .结果表明 ,菱铁矿在 41 0℃已分解氧化生成少量磁铁矿 ,在 5 30℃时完全分解并全部氧化生成磁铁矿 ,之后向磁赤铁矿和赤铁矿转化 ,赤铁矿含量随温度的进一步升高而增加 ,在 6 80℃时氧化产物主要由赤铁矿和部分磁赤铁矿组成 .在分解氧化的早期阶段 ,可能出现FeCO3 →FeO +CO2 和 3FeO +CO2 →Fe3 O4+CO中间过程 ,FeO被立即氧化成磁铁矿而在穆斯堡尔谱中未见 .解释了菱铁矿热处理过程中磁性变化的原因 .
Based on the study on the magnetic susceptibility changes of natural siderite, the Moxibut effect was used to analyze the decomposition oxidation of siderite and its mineral assemblages in the air environment. The results showed that the siderite at 41 0 ℃ Decomposition oxidation generated a small amount of magnetite, completely decomposed at 5 30 ℃ and all oxidized to generate magnetite, and then transformed into maghemite and hematite. The content of hematite increased with the further increase of temperature. In At 80 ℃, the oxidation products mainly consist of hematite and some maghemite, and in the early stages of decomposition and oxidation, intermediate processes of FeCO3 → FeO + CO2 and 3FeO + CO2 → Fe3O4 + CO may occur and the FeO is oxidized immediately Magnetite but not in the Mossbauer spectrum, explains the reason for the magnetic change during the siderite heat treatment.
