肌肉收缩力量是人体运动的动力来源。没有好的力量素质,就难以有效地完成动作。但不同的项目以及不同的技术动作对力量的要求是不同的,这涉及运动员掌握和改进专项技术中的主要环节、提高专项成绩起关键作用的力量能力。教练只有清楚地了解对力量的要求,才能有针对性地选择训练方法和手段,并对训练的实施提出符合专项特点的特殊要求。
