本文系统地复习了电子化合物晶体结构的历史资料,对国外所记载过的电子化合物晶体结构进行了分析,发现Hume-Rothery经验规律在解释电子化合物晶体结构所出现的偏离和歧异。 如果引用作者提出的晶体态电子浓度的概念来进行解释,就可以看出晶体态电子浓度在电子化合物晶体结构上的重要影响。本文为研究电子化合物的晶体结构问题提供了一些新的看法。 因篇幅有限,本文仅讨论普通金属的电子化合物。
This review systematically reviews the crystal structure of electronic compounds and analyzes the crystal structure of the electronic compounds reported abroad. It is found that the Hume-Rothery rule of thumb explains the deviation and discrepancy of the crystal structure of electronic compounds. If we refer to the concept of crystal state electron density proposed by the author to explain, we can see the crystalline state electron concentration in the electronic structure of the crystal structure of the important impact. This article provides some new ideas for studying the crystal structure of electronic compounds. Due to space limitations, this article only discusses the common metal electronic compounds.
