高校共青团工作的重要内容和载体之一是校园文化建设，团建的推动力之一也来自校园文化建设，正确处理四种关系对充分实现校园文化对团建的价值尤为重要。
One of the important contents and carriers of the Communist Youth League work in colleges and universities is the construction of campus culture. One of the driving forces for the league building is also the construction of campus culture. Correctly handling the four kinds of relations is particularly important to fully realize the value of campus culture to the league building.
