目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定肺炎合剂中绿原酸含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为Spheri-5RP-C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙睛-0.4%磷酸(8.5∶91.5),流速为1.0ml/min,检测波长为328nm。结果:绿原酸检测浓度在5.00~100.00μg/ml范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系(r=0.9999);平均回收率为99.20%,RSD为1.05%。结论:该制剂制备工艺简便,质控方法准确、可靠,可用于该品的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of chlorogenic acid in pneumonia mixture by high performance liquid chromatography. Method: The chromatographic column was Spheri-5RP-C18 (250mm×4.6mm, 5μm), the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.4% phosphoric acid (8.5:91.5), the flow rate was 1.0ml/min, and the detection wavelength was 328nm. Results: The chlorogenic acid concentration in the range of 5.00~100.00μg/ml showed a good linear relationship with the integrated value of the peak area (r=0.9999). The average recovery was 99.20% and the RSD was 1.05%. Conclusion: The preparation process of the preparation is simple, and the quality control method is accurate and reliable. It can be used for quality control of the product.
