目的 了解急性心肌梗死(AMI)治疗或溶栓前后的PTF-V_1的动态变化。方法 将AMI分成溶栓组、非溶栓组、合并心衰组、休克组、单纯AMI等5组,分别测量其治疗前及治疗后1～2周的PTF-V_1,进行统计学处理。结果 溶栓组第1周PTF-V_1负值明显减小,而非溶栓组PTF-V_1略增加。结论 PTF-V_1在AMI的动态变化是左心功能在心梗演变中一个重要及敏感的指标。早期溶栓治疗,对保护心肌、改善心功能及心室重构产生有益作用。
Objective To investigate the dynamic changes of PTF-V_1 before and after thrombolysis in acute myocardial infarction (AMI). Methods AMI was divided into five groups: thrombolysis group, thrombolysis group, heart failure group, shock group and AMI group. PTF-V_1 before treatment and 1 week and 2 weeks after treatment were measured and statistically analyzed. Results The negative value of PTF-V_1 in the thrombolytic group was significantly decreased in the first week, while the PTF-V_1 in the non-thrombolytic group was slightly increased. Conclusions The dynamic change of PTF-V_1 in AMI is an important and sensitive index of left ventricular function in the evolution of myocardial infarction. Early thrombolytic therapy, to protect the myocardium, improve cardiac function and ventricular remodeling have a beneficial effect.
