借助于SIMPACK动力学分析软件,充分考虑货车的各种非线性因素,建立转K6转向架货车动力学模型,运用此模型分析转K6转向架货车的直线运行性能。结果表明:转K6转向架货车在直线线路上运行时的非线性临界速度为131km/h;车体横向振动加速度随速度提高呈线性增加,垂向振动加速度随速度提高呈非线性增加;在速度不大于80 km/h时,车体的横向和垂向振动加速度均没有超标,车体的横向和垂向平稳性指标值均小于3.5。
With SIMPACK dynamic analysis software, taking full account of various non-linear factors of freight cars, a dynamic model of freight car with turning K6 bogie is established and used to analyze the straight running performance of trucks turning to K6. The results show that the nonlinear critical speed of the truck with K6 bogie running on a straight line is 131km / h, the lateral vibration acceleration increases linearly with the increase of speed, and the vertical vibration acceleration increases nonlinearly with the increase of speed. Not more than 80 km / h, the body’s horizontal and vertical vibration acceleration are not exceeded, the body of the horizontal and vertical stability indicators are less than 3.5.
