藜蒿经过80%乙醇和4%的硫酸回流提取后,减压蒸馏,再用氯仿萃取五次,并分别使用沉淀法和薄层法对样品进行了定性测定,然后使用硅胶柱色谱进行了梯度洗脱,各洗脱液进行RP-HPLC分析,较纯的洗脱液进行LC-ESI-MS和红外光谱分析。氯仿与甲醇配比为5∶1的洗脱液经过RP-HPLC分析为单一组分,Rt为4.57min,λmax为293.35 nm。从藜蒿中得到了黄色生物碱单体。LC-ESI-MS测定结果表明,其分子量为241。
Artemisia selengensis was extracted by reflux with 80% ethanol and 4% sulfuric acid, then distilled under reduced pressure and then extracted five times with chloroform. The samples were qualitatively determined by precipitation method and thin layer method, respectively, and then subjected to gradient washing using silica gel column chromatography Off, the eluent for RP-HPLC analysis, the more pure eluent for LC-ESI-MS and infrared spectroscopy.
