地埋管换热系统是土壤源热泵系统的关键组成部分,地埋管泄漏会影响土壤源热泵系统的稳定运行。针对土壤源热泵系统地埋管的泄露问题,本研究给出了1种基于主成分分析法的泄漏检测与故障诊断方法。本研究利用主成分分析法对土壤源热泵系统正常数据建模,将运行数据空间分为主成分子空间和残差子空间。利用SPE指标检测地埋管泄漏故障,利用SVI指标辨识故障和寻找故障源。最后,利用实际土壤源热泵系统运行数据验证了该泄漏检测与故障诊断方法的正确性和有效性。
Ground heat exchanger system is a key component of ground-source heat pump system. Buried pipe leakage will affect the stable operation of ground-source heat pump system. Aiming at the leakage of buried pipe in ground source heat pump system, this paper presents a method of leakage detection and fault diagnosis based on principal component analysis. In this study, the principal component analysis (PCA) was used to model the normal data of the ground-source heat pump system, and the operating data space was divided into principal component space and residual subspace. Use SPE indicator to detect buried pipe leakage fault, use SVI indicator to identify fault and find fault source. Finally, the correctness and effectiveness of the leak detection and fault diagnosis methods are verified by the actual operation of the ground-source heat pump system.
