采用固相间接法合成了LaAlO3粉体,并采用热重-差示扫描量热曲线及X射线衍射结构分析法研究了LaAlO3的合成机理。La2O3水热法制备La(OH)3,La(OH)3和Al(OH)3在水中混合均匀,过滤后高温焙烧合成LaAlO3。La(OH)3和Al(OH)3混合物容易过滤,高温焙烧后合成物相单一、合成效率高。合成机理研究表明,La(OH)3和Al(OH)3在加热过程中生成了高活性的中间产物,然后继续加热得到了LaAlO3。
LaAlO3 powders were synthesized by solid-state indirect method. The synthesis mechanism of LaAlO3 was investigated by TG-DSC and X-ray diffraction. La (OH) 3, La (OH) 3 and Al (OH) 3 were prepared by La2O3 hydrothermal method and homogeneously mixed in water. After calcination, LaAlO3 was synthesized by calcination at high temperature. The mixture of La (OH) 3 and Al (OH) 3 is easy to be filtered, the synthesis phase is single after high temperature calcination, and the synthesis efficiency is high. The synthesis mechanism studies show that La (OH) 3 and Al (OH) 3 generate highly active intermediates during heating, and then continue to heat to obtain LaAlO3.
