通过针刺对陕西省中长跑运动员冬训期间免疫力的影响观察,结果显示:运动加针刺组在实验结束后与运动组比较组间有显著性的差异(p<0.05),但在第一阶段治疗后,实验组的免疫指标值虽有所下降,但除IgA,IgG组间有显著性差异外(p<0.05),IgM没显著性差异。运动组组内指标有所变化,但没显著性变化,实验组组内值有所下降,实验结束与实验前组内比较有显著应差异(p<0.05)。为此,试图寻求为运动队提供一种简便易行,经济实效的提高运动能力,增强免疫力的方法,以期为针灸在体育训练和运动保健中的实际应用提供实际依据。同时为进一步研究针灸在运动领域中的作用机制提供理论依据和客观依据。
