自从美国次贷危机的的诞生,世界金融风暴也随之发生,企业财务管理方针是最具本质危机。面临这样的金融危机应对国有企业传统的财务管理实行改革。经过改革,将传统的财务管理职能慢慢地削减,而将参加策划、预测风险、建立财富规定为企业财务管理的主要职能。要具备处理财务危机的能力,企业应明确财务管理职能。此文关于金融危机背景下国有企业财务管理存在的问题,制定了应对金融危机和促使国企长远发展的建议。
