根据多体动力学理论相对动能定理推求了FPS滑移式摩擦摆与碟型弹簧组成的三维复合隔震系统动力反应分析计算公式,考虑了竖向振动与水平向振动的耦合作用。分析与计算结果表明:隔震系统在水平向与竖向都具备必要的隔震特性.当滑道半径为1~2m、滑动摩擦系数为0.01左右时,水平向隔震效率可达85%左右,在竖向也能有效减小受压层间位移与防止出现受拉层间位移。滑道曲率对体系竖向振动的扰动很小,可不考虑水平向与竖向的耦合作用,各自单独计算。
According to the relative kinetic theorem of multi-body dynamics theory, the dynamic response analysis and calculation formula of three-dimensional composite isolation system consisting of FPS sliding friction disc and disc spring is deduced, and the coupling action of vertical vibration and horizontal vibration is considered. The results of analysis and calculation show that the isolation system has the necessary isolation performance both horizontally and vertically.When the slide radius is 1 ~ 2m and the sliding friction coefficient is about 0.01, the horizontal isolation efficiency can reach about 85% , Also can effectively reduce the displacement between the compression layer and prevent the displacement between the tension layer in the vertical direction. The curvature of the slideway has little disturbance to the vertical vibration of the system, and can be calculated separately without considering the horizontal and vertical coupling.
