利用半自磨机试验机进行磨矿试验,以有用功率和比能耗为评价指标,分析半自磨机转速率、衬板结构参数(衬板高度和条数)对磨矿效果的影响规律。结果表明:随着转速率的增加,半自磨机的有用功率先增加后减少,比能耗呈现逐渐减少的趋势;衬板条数的增加过程中,比能耗值总体呈不断减少的趋势;随着衬板高度增加,单位新生成颗粒所消耗的能量出现先减少后增加的规律。试验机在转速率为0.8、衬板条数为32根、高度为8mm时比能耗最低。
