近年来,中国的科学家在一些地区的抽样调查中发现:不同营养状况的青少年学生的智力和学习能力均有明显不同。那些身体健康、学习能力强、成绩优异的学生,大多数家庭经济条件好、生活水平较高,由于营养好,智力发展及学习能力都明显地超过营养不良的孩子。比如:城市少儿的智商比偏僻乡村少儿的智商要高0.4倍。这除了视野开阔,经多见广等因素外,其中一个重要因素就是营养状况。
In recent years, Chinese scientists in a sample survey in some areas have found that young students with different nutritional status have significantly different intelligence and learning abilities. Most of the students who are in good health, strong in learning ability and excellent in performance have good economic conditions and high standards of living. Their nutrition, intelligence development and learning abilities obviously outnumber their malnourished children. For example: the intelligence of urban children is 0.4 times higher than the IQ of remote rural children. Apart from the broad vision and the more extensive factors, one of the most important factors is the nutritional status.
