员工积极性行为是组织成功的关键因素,日益受到研究者与实践者的关注,并成为组织行为研究领域的重要课题。虽然特定情境的积极性行为研究已取得了一定成果,但是研究者对多样化积极性行为的一般特征及过程的探析不足。本文基于国外员工积极性研究的主要成果,回顾了员工积极性行为的内涵、类型、测量、前因、产生结果以及心理机制,在此基础上,分析了员工积极性未来研究的主要方向。研究结论响应了核心学者有关成果整合的呼吁,并能够为国内员工积极性研究提供理论参考。
Employees’ enthusiasm is a key factor in the success of the organization. It is increasingly concerned by researchers and practitioners and has become an important topic in the field of organizational behavior research. Although the research on positive sexual behavior in specific situations has achieved certain results, researchers have insufficient analysis of the general characteristics and processes of diversified positive sexual behaviors. Based on the main achievements of foreign employees’ enthusiasm research, this article reviews the connotation, types, measurement, antecedents, outcomes, and psychological mechanisms of employee’s positive sexual behavior. Based on this, it analyzes the main directions of future research on employee motivation. The research conclusions respond to the appeal of core scholars on the integration of results and can provide a theoretical reference for domestic employees’ enthusiasm research.
