小白鼠肝脏匀浆中谷丙转氦酶与底物作用受外加电磁场的影响,用72分光光度计测其吸光度,结果光密度差异明显。故此,笔者分析:电磁场对谷丙转氨酶促反应有影响,其原因可能是:1、电磁场影响谷丙转氨酶的三维结构。2、电磁场影响谷丙转氨酶的与底物之间的氢键和静电引力。3、电磁场影响谷丙转氨酶与底物之间的范德华引力。
In the liver homogenate of mice, the effect of GGT and substrate was affected by the applied electromagnetic field. The absorbance was measured by 72 spectrophotometer. The results showed that the optical density was significantly different. Therefore, the author analyzes: The electromagnetic field has an influence on the alanine transaminase enzymatic reaction. The reason may be as follows: 1. The electromagnetic field affects the three-dimensional structure of alanine aminotransferase. 2. The electromagnetic field affects the hydrogen bonding and electrostatic attraction between the alanine aminotransferase and the substrate. 3. The electromagnetic field influences van der Waals attraction between alanine aminotransferase and substrate.
