利用流体力学数值模拟软件分析采空区流场的分布,对研究采空区自燃氧化“三带”的空间分布极其方便和有效.通过对仿真数值模型的建立和通风参数的改变,分析不同供风量条件下的流场分布,有利于对采空区自燃发火等情况的分析和预测.基于采空区漏风极限的原则,通过FLUENT对唐口1304综放工作面进行数值模拟,分析了流场的分布,划分了自燃氧化“三带”的范围,对矿井内因火灾的防治提供了指导,有利于矿井的安全生产和整体安全水平的提高.
It is very convenient and effective to study the spatial distribution of spontaneous combustion oxidation “three zones ” by using the software of fluid dynamics numerical simulation software to analyze the distribution of the flow field in the goaf. Through the establishment of simulation numerical model and the change of ventilation parameters, Based on the principle of air leakage limit of goaf, the numerical simulation of No.13304 fully mechanized caving face in Tangkou was carried out by FLUENT, and the influence of different air volume conditions on the flow field distribution was analyzed. The distribution of the flow field divides the range of spontaneous oxidation and “three belts”, provides guidance for the prevention and treatment of fire in the mine, and is conducive to the mine safety production and the improvement of the overall safety level.
