近日,湖北省宜昌市档案局充分发挥档案行政管理职能,加强档案中介机构监管,通过五项举措,规范档案中介机构市场行为、提高从业人员业务水平,积极推动档案中介机构规范有序健康发展。一是制度监管。针对档案中介机构市场不规范、管理无依据等情况,该局专门制定了《宜昌市档案中介服务机构管理办法》,完善监管机制,促进档案中介机构健康发展。二是登记备案。档案中介机构成立一个月内须到档案行政管理部门申请备案登记,并每两年复核一次。目前已有五家中介机构进行备案。三是召开会议。召集备案登记
