目的:研究大豆苷元(DD)对家兔胸主动脉条的作用及其与Ca2+的关系。方法:采用常规动脉条收缩实验方法。结果:DD可使NE、KC l(PD2值为3.46±0.32)和CaC l2(PD2值为3.76±0.28)引起的家兔胸主动脉条量-效收缩曲线右移,最大效应降低。其效应与维拉帕米(Ver)相似,是通过钙拮抗来实现的。可选择性地阻断电压依赖性(VDC)Ca2+通道,而对受体控制性(ROC)Ca2+通道无影响。结论:DD具有选择性阻断电压依赖性Ca2+通道的药理反应。
Objective: To study the effect of daidzein (DD) on rabbit thoracic aorta strips and its relationship with Ca2+. METHODS: Conventional arterial strip contraction assays were used. RESULTS: DD caused a rightward shift in the volume-effect contraction curve of rabbit thoracic aortic strips caused by NE, KCl (PD2 value 3.46±0.32) and CaCl2 (PD2 value 3.76±0.28), and decreased maximal effect. The effect is similar to verapamil (Ver) and is achieved through calcium antagonism. Voltage-dependent (VDC) Ca2+ channels can be selectively blocked without affecting receptor-controlled (ROC) Ca2+ channels. CONCLUSION: DD has a pharmacological response that selectively blocks voltage-dependent Ca2+ channels.
