目的研究宽叶荨麻地上部分的化学成分。方法运用多种色谱法进行分离纯化,通过理化性质和多种波谱数据以及和对照品对照进行结构鉴定。结果从宽叶荨麻地上部分分离得到8个化合物,分别鉴定为5α,6β-二羟基胡萝卜苷(Ⅰ)、2α,3α,19α-三羟基-12-烯-28-乌苏酸(Ⅱ)、2,3,4,9-四氢-1H-吡啶骈[3,4-b]吲哚-3-羧酸(Ⅲ)、2,3,4,9-四氢-1-甲基-吡啶骈[3,4-b]吲哚-3-羧酸(Ⅳ)、东莨菪素(Ⅴ)、对羟基桂皮酸(Ⅵ)、对甲氧基苯甲酸(Ⅶ)、己二酸(Ⅷ)。结论化合物Ⅰ~Ⅷ均为首次从宽叶荨麻中分离得到,其中化合物Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ为首次从荨麻属植物中分离得到。
Aim To study the chemical constituents of the ground nettle Methods The compounds were separated and purified by a variety of chromatographic methods. Their structures were identified by physicochemical properties and spectroscopic data and control samples. Results Eight compounds were isolated from the aerial part of Broad Leaf Nettle and identified as 5α, 6β-dihydroxy-daucosterol (Ⅰ), 2α, 3α, 19α-trihydroxy-12- , 2,3,4,9-tetrahydro-1H-pyrido [3,4-b] indole-3- carboxylic acid (III), 2,3,4,9-tetrahydro-1- (Ⅳ), scopolamine (Ⅴ), p-hydroxycinnamic acid (Ⅵ), p-methoxybenzoic acid (Ⅶ), adipic acid (Ⅷ) ). Conclusion Compounds Ⅰ ~ Ⅷ were isolated from broadleaf nettle for the first time. Compounds Ⅰ, Ⅲ and Ⅳ were isolated from Urtica for the first time.
