氯霉素(CP)与硫霉素(TP)均在一定剂量时可发生红细胞的可复性生成障碍。为查明其发病机理,作了下述实验。用体重30克雄性小鼠,将CP与TP分别注入腹腔(每只60毫克),每日2次,连注7天。注完后见CP和TP两组网织红细胞立即剧减,两周后可恢复。中性粒细胞及血小板则均无明显变化。红细胞铁摄入率两组均在注完后便降低一半,并在两周和一个月后恢复。上述结果用脾结节法作进一步观察,注完CP和TP二药后,立即将该小鼠骨髓细胞做脾结节分析时,其每根骨骨髓的CFU-S值分别为3891±615
