目的探讨胆道闭锁(BA)患儿肝外胆管C-kit阳性细胞的表达及与BA发病的关系。方法取33例BA患儿闭锁肝外胆管组织为实验组,取11例计划外怀孕中晚期终止妊娠胎儿正常肝外胆管组织为对照组,采用免疫组化MaxVision法检测两组标本中C-kit阳性细胞的表达。结果 Cajal间质细胞(ICCs)和肥大细胞(MC)均呈C-kit阳性表达,ICCs在BA组表达较对照组明显减少(P<0.05);而MC表达明显增多(P<0.05)。结论 ICCs和MC均参与了BA的发病过程。
Objective To investigate the expression of C-kit positive cells in extrahepatic bile duct of children with biliary atresia (BA) and its relationship with the pathogenesis of BA. Methods Totally 33 extrahepatic extrahepatic bile ducts of children with BA were selected as the experimental group. Eleven patients with abnormal fetal extrahepatic bile ducts in the second and third trimester of pregnancy were enrolled as the control group. The MaxVision method was used to detect the expression of C-kit Positive cell expression. Results The ICCs and MCs of Cajal were all positive for C-kit. The expression of ICCs in BA group was significantly lower than that in control group (P <0.05), while the expression of MC was significantly increased (P <0.05). Conclusion ICCs and MC are involved in the pathogenesis of BA.
