本研究以活性炭为载体,采用浓硫酸磺化处理制备了炭基固体酸催化剂,将其用于生物柴油合成。实验以炭基固体酸为催化剂,在醇油摩尔比为36∶1,反应温度为65℃,剂油比为10wt%的条件下采用具有不同pH值得催化剂进行催化反应,并在相同条件,对其在甲醇中的溶解酸量进行测定。结果显示,随着催化剂酸度升高,甲酯的收率增加,催化剂在甲醇中溶解的酸量因催化剂pH值的不同而呈现出不同的变化趋势。
In this study, activated carbon as a carrier, the use of concentrated sulfuric acid sulfonation prepared carbon-based solid acid catalyst, which will be used in biodiesel synthesis. The experiment uses carbon-based solid acid as catalyst in the condition of the molar ratio of alcohol to oil is 36:1, the reaction temperature is 65 ℃ and the oil-to-oil ratio is 10wt%, the catalysts with different pH values are used for catalytic reaction. Under the same conditions, The amount of dissolved acid in methanol was determined. The results showed that as the acidity of the catalyst increased, the yield of methyl ester increased, and the amount of acid dissolved in the methanol showed different trends due to the different pH of the catalyst.
