目的研究新工艺金芪降糖片对小鼠胰岛素抵抗和脾细胞免疫功能的影响,并与原工艺金芪降糖片进行比较,验证降低成本后新工艺制备金芪降糖片的疗效。方法健康雄性ICR小鼠60只、C57BL/6小鼠36只,采用氢化可的松分别诱导胰岛素抵抗性糖尿病模型及免疫抑制模型。观察ig给予高、中、低剂量新工艺金芪降糖片(7.2、3.6、1.8生药g/kg,对小鼠胰岛素抵抗及脾T淋巴细胞增殖转化能力、脾细胞分泌白细胞介素-2(IL-2)和产生抗体能力的影响。结果与模型组比较,高、中剂量组新工艺金芪降糖片可以改善氢化可的松诱发的胰岛素抵抗;不同程度地提高氢化可的松免疫抑制小鼠的脾脏T淋巴细胞增殖转化能力及脾细胞分泌IL-2和产生抗体能力(P<0.05)。结论新工艺金芪降糖片可以改善小鼠胰岛素抵抗及脾细胞免疫功能,降低成本后新工艺制备金芪降糖片与原工艺金芪降糖片在相同剂量下疗效相当。
Objective To study the effects of Jinqi Jiangtang Tablets on the insulin resistance and splenocyte immune function in mice and compare the results with the original Jinqi Jiangtang Tablets to verify the efficacy of the new technology in the preparation of Jinqi Jiangtang Tablets. METHODS: Sixty healthy male ICR mice and 36 C57BL/6 mice were treated with hydrocortisone to induce insulin resistant diabetes mellitus model and immunosuppressive model. Observed ig given high, medium and low doses of new technology Jinqi Jiangtang tablets (7.2, 3.6, 1.8 crude drug g/kg, insulin resistance and splenic T lymphocyte proliferation and transformation ability, spleen cells secrete interleukin-2 ( Effects of IL-2) and the ability to produce antibodies.Results Compared with the model group, the new high- and middle-dose Jinqi Jiangtang Tablets can improve hydrocortisone-induced insulin resistance;improve hydrocortisone immunosuppression to varying degrees The ability of spleen T lymphocyte proliferation and transformation and the ability of spleen cells to secrete IL-2 and produce antibodies (P<0.05).Conclusion The new technology Jinqi Jiangtang Tablet can improve insulin resistance and spleen cell immune function in mice and reduce the cost. The new technology to prepare Jinqi Jiangtang Tablets and the original technology Jinqi Jiangtang Tablets have the same efficacy at the same dosage.
