目的分析2013—2015年广州市初次全血献血者的流失及固定全血献血者的结构组成和增长变化情况,探讨全血献血者的维护和保留策略。方法从广州血液中心采供血管理系统获得2013—2015年献血者的全数据,分年度筛选出固定全血献血者,并对固定全血献血者人数及构成、年龄分布、献血年限和职业构成进行分析;对初次全血献血者的流失率按年度进行对比分析。结果 2013—2015年,固定全血献血者增长了4.76%,连续固定全血献血者增长了12.42%,归队固定全血献血者增长了11.49%,不同年龄层、不同职业、不同献血年限、不同献血形式的固定全血献血者基本保持增长趋势,其中2013—2014年增长幅度较高,2014—2015年度基本持平。固定全血献血者的献血习惯良好,保持每年献2次全血的献血者在持续增长。2013—2015年初次全血献血者流失率下降。结论广州地区的固定全血献血者队伍总体呈增长趋势,全血献血者招募策略效果较好。
Objective To analyze the loss of first-time blood donors in Guangzhou City from 2013 to 2015 and the changes in the composition and growth of blood donors with fixed blood, and to explore the strategies for the maintenance and retention of blood donors. Methods The blood donation management system was collected from the Guangzhou Blood Center to obtain the complete data of blood donors from 2013 to 2015. The fixed blood donors were screened in each year, and the number and composition of blood donors for fixed blood, age distribution, blood donation period, and career composition were performed. Analysis; the loss rate of blood donors for the first time was compared and analyzed annually. Results From 2013 to 2015, fixed blood donors increased by 4.76%, continuous fixed whole blood donors increased by 12.42%, returning team fixed whole blood donors increased by 11.49%, different age groups, different occupations, different blood donations, different Blood donors with fixed blood donation basically maintained the growth trend, of which the growth rate was higher in 2013-2014, and basically the same in 2014-2015. The blood donation habits of blood donors with fixed blood are good, and the number of blood donors who donate 2 whole blood every year continues to grow. The rate of wastage of whole blood donors declined from 2013 to 2015. [Conclusion] The whole blood donor team in Guangzhou has an overall growth trend, and the recruitment strategy of blood donors is better.
