目的：探讨行为训练对精神病患者社会功能的影响。方法将120例精神病患者随机分为两组，均予以精神科常规治疗及护理，研究组在此基础上联合行为训练。观察1个月。于训练前后采用阴性症状评定量表、护士用住院病人观察量表及住院精神病患者社会功能评定量表评定训练效果。结果训练后两组阴性症状评定量表和住院精神病患者社会功能评定量表评分均较训练前显著降低（P＜0．01），护士用住院病人观察量表评分较治疗前显著改善（P＜0．01）；训练后两组比较差异有显著性（P＜0．01）。结论行为训练能显著改善精神病患者的阴性症状及社会功能，提高社会生活能力。“,”Objective To explore the effects of behavior training on social func‐tion of psychotics .Methods A total of 120 psychotics were randomly assigned to two groups ,both groups received psychiatric routine treatment and nursing ,and on this basis research group was plus be‐havior training for 1 month .Training effects were assessed with the Scale for Assessment of Negative Symptoms (SANS) ,Nurses’ Observation Scale for Inpatient Evaluation (NOSIE) and Scale of Social Function in Psychosis Inpatients (SSPI) before and after training .Results After training the SANS and SSPI scores of both groups lowered more significantly (P<0 .01) and the NOSIE improved (P< 0 .01) compared with pre‐training ;post‐training group comparisons showed significant differences (P<0 .01) . Conclusion Behavior training could notably improve negative symptoms and social function of psychotics and raise social viability .
