目的:研究石榴皮多酚提取物(PPPE)对实验性结肠炎的功效及其机制。方法:三硝基苯磺酸(TNBS)灌肠建立KM小鼠溃疡性结肠炎模型,i.g给药15 d,观察评价疾病活动指数(DAI)、结肠黏膜损伤指数(CMDI)、肠重指数(IWI),脾脏指数(SI)、胸腺指数(THI)、结肠、脾脏组织病理学变化,检测血清溶血素(SH)、结肠组织白介素IL-4、IL-17水平。结果:经PPPE干预后结肠病理状况明显改善,脾脏白髓萎缩状况改善,DAI、CMDI、IWI降低,SH含量显著升高,IL-17水平降低。结论:PPPE能有效改善结肠炎症,可能与提高小鼠体液免疫功能、减少炎性细胞因子水平等有关。
Objective: To study the efficacy and mechanism of pomegranate peel polyphenols extract (PPPE) on experimental colitis. Methods: KM mouse model of ulcerative colitis was established by trinitrobenzene sulfonic acid (TNBS) enema. The rats were administered with ig for 15 days. The disease activity index (DAI), colon mucosal injury index (CMDI), intestinal weight index ), Spleen index (SI), thymus index (THI), histopathological changes of colon and spleen, serum hemolysin (SH), interleukin IL-4, IL- Results: The pathological changes of colonic mucosa were significantly improved after PPPE intervention. The atrophy of spleen white pulp was improved, the DAI, CMDI and IWI were decreased, the content of SH was significantly increased and the level of IL-17 was decreased. Conclusion: PPPE can effectively improve colonic inflammation, which may be related to improving humoral immune function and reducing inflammatory cytokines in mice.
