目的:探讨断节参提取物不同极性部位的抗炎、镇痛、抗氧化作用。方法:采用角叉菜胶致小鼠足肿胀,连续给药后,测定足肿胀度、炎症组织蛋白渗出量、PGE2含量,综合评价抗炎效果;对小鼠连续灌胃给药后,观察热板痛阈值评价镇痛效果;通过清除1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼(DPPH·)自由基和还原Fe3+能力(FRAP)评价断节参提取物的体外抗氧化效果。结果:断节参提取物不同极性部位均表现出不同程度的抗炎、镇痛、抗氧化作用,尤其以乙酸乙酯部位综合效果最为明显,能抑制角叉菜胶致小鼠足肿胀,显著降低炎症组织中蛋白质渗出及PGE2生成,并具有明显的镇痛及抗氧化作用。结论:断节参提取物乙酸乙酯和正丁醇部位具有明显的抗炎、镇痛、抗氧化作用,为断节参的主要活性部位。
Objective: To investigate the anti-inflammatory, analgesic and anti-oxidative effects of extracts from Radix Et Rhizoma. Methods: The carrageenan induced foot swelling in mice. After continuous administration, the degree of swelling of the foot, the amount of inflammatory tissue protein exudation and the content of PGE2 were determined, and the anti-inflammatory effects were evaluated. After continuous intragastric administration, The analgesic effect was evaluated by hot plate pain threshold. The anti-oxidant effect of Artemisia scoparia extract was evaluated in vitro by removing free radicals of DPPH · and reducing Fe3 + (FRAP) . Results: The extracts of Radix Scutellariae showed different degrees of anti-inflammatory, analgesic and anti-oxidative effects in different polarities. In particular, the combination of ethyl acetate showed the most obvious effect, which could inhibit carrageenan-induced foot swelling, Significantly reduce protein exudation and PGE2 production in inflammatory tissues, and have obvious analgesic and anti-oxidative effects. Conclusion: The extract of Artemisia scoparia has significant anti-inflammatory, analgesic and anti-oxidant effects in ethyl acetate and n-butanol fractions, which is the main active site of Radix Ginseng.
