羽毛球运动在各学校中开展普遍,尤其在南方学校中,有着较好的学生基础氛围。羽毛球比赛回合较快,动静交替,比赛紧张激烈,参与比赛的学生的生理和心理都处于高度紧张的状态之中,需要参与者有着良好的心理素质。特别是女子羽毛球比赛中,由于其生理和心理特点,决定了女生在教学中更易产生焦虑心理,这对羽毛球教学的正常开展有很大的负面影响。本文从女子羽毛球的日常教学比赛入手,分析女生的生理和心理特点,找出在课堂上产生心理焦虑的原因,并针对这些原因,提出合理的对策,以期提升女子羽毛球的教学效果。
Badminton is popular in all schools, especially in the southern schools, and has a good student base atmosphere. Badminton round fast bouts, alternating movement, the intense competition, students participate in the competition of the physical and psychological are in a state of high tension, the participants need to have a good psychological quality. Especially in women’s badminton competition, because of its physiological and psychological characteristics, girls are more likely to have anxiety in teaching, which has a negative impact on the normal teaching of badminton. This article starts from the daily teaching competition of female badminton, analyzes the physiological and psychological characteristics of the female students, finds out the causes of the psychological anxiety in the class, and puts forward the reasonable countermeasures according to these reasons in order to improve the teaching effect of the female badminton.
