针对大功率柴油机电控的控制要求,进行了电液供油提前器控制研究。提出了控制总体方案和局部闭环控制策略,介绍了控制硬件组成、软件控制以及采集方法,分析了电液供油提前器的控制模型和控制算法;实验结果表明电液供油提前器系统能满足柴油机的运行要求。
According to the control requirements of high-power diesel engine, the control of electro-hydraulic oil advance was studied. The control scheme and the control algorithm of the electro-hydraulic fuel advancer are analyzed. The experimental results show that the electro-hydraulic fuel advancer system can meet the requirements of Diesel engine operating requirements.
